Rattlesnake Connector Trail - Post Febocalypse Clean Up

Poor water drainage and a deluge of rain removed a section of trail

Same area, angle reversed
 
The trail now bypasses the washed out trail

An eight foot section of fell down the hillside leaving users to walk up and around on the slippery slope

Post Storm Trail Repairs on Jesusita Trail


High water runoff caused the trail to open up and begin to slide down the hill

After, improved outsloping and small wall in place to hold up the trail
  
This washout also occurred when a extreme flow of water breached the trail

Trails At The End Of Tunnel Road Closed Tomorrow - 2/23/17!

This closure was ordered in order to clean up the fire road and will effect the following trails:
Jesusita, Tunnel, Seven Falls, Arlington/Cathedral Peaks.

Tunnel Trail Tread Repair and Erosion Prevention



This section of trail has been narrowed by rockfall and slough leaving the trail begin eroded off the edge

Water drains placed above this area and in the foreground will help prevent erosion below this area



West Fork Cold Spring Wash Out - Feb 2017

Use extreme caution on West Fork of Cold Spring Trail as a large wash out has obliterated a huge section of trail.  It is advised to avoid this section all together while the FS decides on use status over the next few days.
