Blizzard Hits Santa Barbara's Mountains, 3/18/12
Winter returned to Santa Barbara this weekend, dropping 2-3 inches of snow down to about 2500ft. It came as quickly as it left but for a couple of hours, Santa Barbara had the look of ski resort town with snow capped mountains all around.
